How OdysseyDevelopments LLC handles personal information on the POdyssey website, demo and consultation requests.

Effective October 13, 2026 · OdysseyDevelopments LLC

Who we are

POdyssey is developed and operated by OdysseyDevelopments LLC ("we", "us"). For this website, the live demo and consultation requests, we are the party that decides how personal information is used. POdyssey itself is sold as software plus setup and support: each customer's workspace runs in infrastructure controlled by that customer's own IT or administration, not by us. We do not hold, see or process customer workspace data by default; see "Customer workspaces" below.

Contact: Podyssey@odysseydevelopments.dev.

What we collect

Consultation requests: the name, work email, company and message you choose to put in an email to us. The request form only opens your own email app with a prefilled message; nothing reaches us until you press Send.

Correspondence: anything you send us by email, and our replies.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and timestamps, created automatically in server and security logs by our hosting provider when you load the site.

The live demo (/demo) runs on fictional sample data and does not ask for personal information. Please do not enter real personal or business-confidential information into it.

We do not run advertising or third-party analytics trackers on this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The site is intended for businesses.

How we use it

To respond to consultation requests and questions, schedule and run demos, and follow up once or twice about your request.

To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website (abuse prevention, error diagnosis).

To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to protect our rights.

We do not sell personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use it for automated decisions that significantly affect you.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host or deliver the site and our email (currently Vercel, Inc. for hosting and logs, and our email provider), bound to use the data only to provide their service. The components a customer chooses for its own workspace are described on the Security page.

Professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires, or to protect people and systems from harm. If we are ever involved in a merger or sale, information may transfer to the successor under this policy.

Customer workspaces

When a business buys POdyssey, its purchase-order, user and approval data live in the customer's own deployment and belong to that business. The customer's internal IT or administration sets up and controls that deployment, including its hosting, database, sign-in and email connections, and holds all of its credentials, keys and secrets. OdysseyDevelopments LLC does not receive, view or store those credentials or that data.

We see workspace data only if a customer's administrator deliberately gives us access for support or setup, for a stated purpose and a limited time, which the customer can revoke at any time. In that case we act only on the customer's instructions, access only what is needed, and keep nothing afterward. If you are an employee of a customer and want to see, correct or delete your data, contact your employer's administrator: the customer is the party responsible for that data.

Your rights and choices

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email Podyssey@odysseydevelopments.dev from the address you used; we may need to verify your identity. We respond within 30 days and do not charge for reasonable requests.

We offer these rights to everyone regardless of where they live, including residents of Florida, California and other US states with privacy laws, and the UK and EU. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. You may also complain to your local data protection authority or state attorney general.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honored by default, because we do not track visitors across sites.

Security and international transfers

We protect information with encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege administration; see the Security page. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify affected people and regulators as the law requires if a breach occurs.

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries; where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate transfer safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We will update this policy as the service changes and post the new effective date above. Material changes will be flagged on the home page. Effective October 13, 2026.
