Terms of Service

The terms for using the POdyssey website, live demo and trial or paid workspaces.

Effective October 13, 2026 · OdysseyDevelopments LLC

Agreement

These terms are between you (or the business you represent) and OdysseyDevelopments LLC. By using the POdyssey website or demo you agree to them. A signed order form or services agreement for a workspace takes priority over these terms where the two differ. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Website and demo

The marketing site and live demo are provided for evaluation. Demo data is fictional; names, figures and companies shown are not real. You may not scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt to bypass access controls on the site.

Accounts and customer workspaces

We sell POdyssey as a software product together with the services to set it up and support it. The customer's internal IT or administration deploys and operates its workspace, controls its infrastructure accounts, and receives and manages all credentials, keys and secrets (including database, sign-in and mailbox connections). OdysseyDevelopments LLC does not have standing access to a customer's workspace, data or credentials.

Within each workspace, access is by allowlist and managed by the customer's Head Admin, who is responsible for who is added and for keeping credentials confidential. The customer must tell us promptly if it suspects its deployment or credentials were compromised.

The customer owns its data and its deployment. If it chooses to give us temporary access to help with setup or support, it grants us a limited, revocable license to use only what is needed for that purpose. We own the software and the POdyssey name and branding, and license the software to the customer under the order form.

You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, upload malware, store regulated data it is not designed for (such as payment card numbers, government IDs or health information), or interfere with other customers.

Fees and term

Fees, billing and term are set in the applicable order form. Unless it says otherwise, either side may end the agreement for material breach not cured within 30 days, and the customer keeps its data and deployment and may stop using the software; see the Data Retention & Deletion page.

Availability and support

We maintain and update the software and provide the setup and support described in the order form. Because the customer operates its own deployment, uptime, backups, security configuration and third-party services (hosting, database, sign-in, email) are the customer's responsibility unless an order form says otherwise. Any service levels apply only if written into an order form.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and demo are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. POdyssey helps teams record and route approvals; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting or purchasing advice, and customers remain responsible for their own approval decisions and records.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to a paid workspace is limited to the fees paid for the 12 months before the claim (or US $100 for free use). Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida unless an order form says otherwise. We may update these terms by posting a new version; continued use after the effective date means you accept it. Effective October 13, 2026. Questions: Podyssey@odysseydevelopments.dev.
